产品简介：SJS-1.5S数显砂浆抗渗仪无锡建仪砂浆抗渗仪用于测定硬化后沙浆的抗渗标号，数显砂浆抗渗仪 SJS-1.5S 符合JGJ/T70标准要求
数显自动型砂浆抗渗仪，采用压力传感器采集水压、可编程自动逐级升压、自动恒压稳压，用于硬化防水砂浆抗渗标号测定；压力水自下而上施加在截锥形砂浆试件，观测试件顶面渗水判定砂浆抗渗性能，也可用于部分防水材料透水性能测试；相比 SJS‑1.5 指针款，可按国标设定压力阶梯自动升压，无需人工值守调压；广泛用于搅拌站、质检试验室、防水检测机构。
工作原理:
电机驱动柱塞泵向压力容器供水，压力传感器采集管路水压，传输至数显智能控制器；操作人员在仪表预设多级压力与稳压时长，仪器自动逐级升压、自动稳压，压力下降自动补压；12路独立控制阀，单路试件渗水可单独关闭该通道，其余试件继续试验；系统内置溢流泄压阀，超压自动保护。
主要特点:
1. 数显可自动恒压且自动升压，仪器自动完成加压稳压，减少人工值守，满足试验室评审要求。
2. 压力传感器 + 液晶数显，压力读数精度高于传统指针压力表，实时直观显示水压。
3. 12路独立阀门，单个试件渗水可单独关闭对应通道，其余试件继续试验，不中断整组试验。
4. 自动 + 手动双模式，自动程序故障时可切换手动模式应急试验。
5. 硬件溢流泄压阀 + 软件压力上限双重超压保护，保障设备安全。
6. 不锈钢工作台，结构紧凑，占用空间小，管路拆装维护简单。

安装、操作与维护要点:
1. 放置水平稳固试验台，220V供电。
2. 水箱加注洁净清水；定期清洗水箱、管路，防止水垢堵塞柱塞泵。
3. 试验流程：试件密封装入试模 → 安装至工位，打开进水阀排净管路空气 → 控制器设置逐级升压参数 → 启动自动试验，设备自动升压稳压，观察试件渗水情况；单路渗水单独关闭阀门。
4. 试验结束排净设备全部积水；冬季务必排空，防止管路、泵体冻裂损坏。
5. 定期检查阀门、接头有无渗漏；压力传感器属于计量部件，每年计量机构检定。
6. 长期停机，排空全部积水，泵体、金属接触面做防锈处理。
SJS-1.5S Digital Mortar Impermeability Tester
Applicable Scope

The so-called impermeability refers to the ability of the materials used in the structure to resist the penetration of water or other liquid (light oil, heavy oil) media under pressure.
SJS-1.5 anti-seepage tester is mainly used for the test of mortar anti-seepage performance and the determination of anti-seepage grade. At the same time, it can also be used to measure the air permeability of building materials and check the quality. Therefore, it has been widely used in production, construction, design, teaching and research departments.
The function of SJS-1.5S digital display anti-seepage instrument is the same as that of ordinary type. Its main feature is that the pressure value is displayed on the pressure display instrument through the sensor, and it can automatically increase the pressure and complete the test according to the set program, reducing the burden on the staff.
